About Us

Kip McGrath Education Centres  Bury offers tuition in English, maths, spelling and reading  for 6 - 16 year olds. All of our tutors are fully qualified experienced teachers.

The tutoring centre is fully resourced with our own unique programmes of learning.

We have been in Bury for over 10 years and have successfully tutored many hundreds of students.

We are located in the town centre with an easy drop off point.

There are over 250 Kip McGrath Education centres in the UK and over 650 worldwide.

After the initial call a free assessment for the student is arranged.   The outcome is discussed and a teaching programme outlined. Progress is monitored weekly and a reassessment can be undertaken in the future to measure the progress.

 
We also cater for GCSE English/Maths students, Entrance exams.

Lessons are 80 minutes, which allows for a variety of teaching methods, including computer based work to motivate the student.  Teaching takes place in a small group situation (4-5 students) using a one to one teaching approach.  No two students have the same teaching programme and each student receives individual tuition. 

KMEC centres specialise in the teaching of ENGLISH, MATHS, READING AND SPELLING.

We also cater for GCSE English/ maths students and entrance exam preparation.
